Spiral Wound Gasket Machine

This digital controlled spiral wound machine without mandrel, which is developed and produced by our own plant, has been added another function of automatic spot welding. This equipment adopts four wheels winding craft (positive and passive) working simultaneously with the advantage of using steel strip to wind directly (according to the girth of the gasket calculated from the diameter) without using spiral chip mould. In this case, you don’t need a corresponding chip of each size especially the larger ones which not only cost much but also the precision is hard to meet the technical demand. Although the chip can achieve technical requirements, it is easy to become loose during the winding process. The machine adopts new winding craft. It can reduce the cost of producing spiral wound gasket without using chips of any size.
This machine can also wind automatically with the inner ring with a high speed (the speed varies infinitely) and the finished gasket is flat and not loose. The degree of tightness of spiral gaskets is controlled by the adjustable pneumatic pressure, while the strain force is assured by adjusting the electromagnetic voltage with electromagnetic resistor. The diameter of the spiral gasket is controlled by the digital controller. Set the spiral size you need, and the machine will stop automatically when winding to the set size.
